Co-Founder & CEO
Mark Catalinich is a multifaceted individual who has excelled in both athletics and academics. With a background as a former walk-on D1 Football Player, Mark showcased his skills on the field as a Defensive Back, Special Teams player, and Kicker. His dedication and hard work earned him a notable position within collegiate sports.
Prior to his collegiate career, Mark was already making waves in high school as a three-sport varsity letterman. He demonstrated his versatility and athleticism by participating in Tennis, Soccer, and Swim, showcasing a diverse range of talents across various disciplines.
Beyond his athletic achievements, Mark is also a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations. In addition to his academic and athletic pursuits, Mark is a tech entrepreneur who has played integral roles in building multiple startups. His experience in the entrepreneurial world has further honed his strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership abilities.

Rodney Cox Jr is a seasoned athlete and high-performance personal trainer with a rich background in martial arts and sports. Trained in Tae Kwon Do, Hapikdo, and Judo under the esteemed Grandmaster Jung Oh Hwang, 1984 Olympic silver medalist, Rodney has demonstrated excellence from an early age. In high school, he excelled in track and football, benefiting from the expertise of the same coaches who guided Olympian,Tyson Gay, Coach Roston, and Coach Burton.
Rodney’s earned a scholarship to the University of Kentucky, where he played cornerback and further honed his skills. At the university, he had the privilege of training with Olympic trainer and performance specialist Dr. Erik Korem, and collaborating with top nutrition and sleep experts. This comprehensive training and expert guidance laid the foundation for Rodney's current high-performance personal training program, where he applies his extensive knowledge and experience to help others achieve their fitness and athletic goals.
